I would really like to be abel to change my first alt to be my main without beeing forced to delete my charakters..
Is this something you would concider? perhaps for a small fee atleast?

as far as you know... but why? why whould it be a bad thing? I like the style of one of my alts better than my main, but i dont want to start over from nothing with them, Beeing father of a 2½ yo kid Im allready very limited in my gaming hours so getting the stuff back would take more time than I care to give this game atm.. might as well quit crpg then.

Why don't you play with your alt, then? There is also the option of Skip the fun (which can be used on main characters)

You could just re-spec or STF and then sell redundent items on the market for reasonable prices.

what I did was removing all my previous charakters(had a few different), made a STF as main with a build a liked at the time.. played only that charakter for a long time, after a few changes in crpg I liked it less, its ok but not as good as I wanted it.. I made a new alt concetrating on only 1 weapon instead of a split and learnt that leveling up was fun again. BUT if I want a new main with the style of my alt, I have to remove BOTH of my charakters with all their expensive armor, horses and weapons... and that would s..k so I guess Im f..ked.
and why dont I play with my Alt? I do play with my alt, but since its not a main I cant use it fully in this game..

So your main is a STF char and you want to have a leveling main :s
Best way is to delete the STF main and create a new regular main the way you like ASAP. Continuing with your alt will only make it "worse" :(

thx for the tip.. but I think ill go play something else instead, not fun wasting all those hours and gold for nothing.. Ill get in with the STF and fool around some when Im bored with other games.

To limit the golds loss you could still trade every item and gold in your main to a friend, delete everything and have back at least your items and golds from your friend when you create the new level 1 main char
deh I read too much rapidly and I tought it was your alt the skip the fun character, it's such an annoying situation

in begginers help section I see theres over 20 questions about how to change a Alt to be Main, none answered by anyone in the development team it seems though.. so atleast Im not alone with this wish! :mrgreen:

Because you cant, and probably never will.

I also fail to see how its a bad thing. It would make things so much more easier. Its just a title. You earned the gold and equipment, no matter what character you were playing.

People would just switch between alts to always fit the situation optimally. This is what I think the dev team wants to avoid.

And what do you mean with fit the situation optimally?
Having no means to change main is currently just a annoyance. Nothing more.
