Title: Removable doors as shields

It makes too much sense

I would pick sand, dirt and stone then build a wall out of it and punch trees to make a pickaxe then get iron and create an iron sword and... ho wait

You could also grab some splinters, build a door with it and use it as shield... wait ... uuuuuhm

It would be the worst shield ever since you can attack through doors.

On a related note.. door-swing-through should be fixed. Sometimes it's just annoying and dumb, but it very nearly breaks some maps.
