Title: Stat bug

I created a new alt and at level 3 i converted my two skill points to an atribute point... but instead of getting rid of them and giving me an attribute... it gave me the atribute and the stat points.

Character name is Karstark, will try to get a SS.

Update:  Stat increase has not worked itself out.  I currently have 2 more skill points than level should allow.

At level 13 I have

8 Str
13 Agi

4 Athletics
4 Weapon master

15 total Stat points (3 conversions from skill to stat)
8 Total skill points (2 more skill points than level should allow)
