Aspirations
Legion is going to unite a group of Calradian Citizens, to offer them a safety, possibility to self-improvement, and glory.

We fight as one, we are one super soldier. Not like those scattered gauls. They dont rely on themselves for support, they fight like termites just masses, attacking everything in their way. We... Legion... is the anteater... we are united. Together... the enemy is nothing more then intolerent ants.

Requirements to join:

1. Being a pretty active player,
2. Being talkative,
3. You have to be cooperative,
4. Think logically, like a true soldier of Legion.
5. Wear the requied outfit.

Classes and Uniforms

1. Legion_Name -> Standard Legionary, Medium Swordsman - Fighting as a group.
Equipment: Padded armor, Segmented helmet, rus shoes, Board Shield (because of fighting in formation). 1h Weapon, preffered swords, allowed Throwarms.,

2. Legion_Hastati_ -> Light Agility Swordsman - Equipment: Padded armor, Segmented helmet, rus shoes, Board Shield or Cavalry Plain Round Shield, Free one handed weapon, Javelins ( not needed )

3. Legion_Toxotai_: Light, Medium Agility Archer/crossbowman - Equipment: Padded armor, Segmented helmet, rus shoes, Bow or Crossbow, Any meele weapon allowed.

4.  Legion_Equite_: Cavalryman - Equipment: Free choice of equipment!

5. Gladiators: Special Units.  Purpose: Duels and Legion amusement during last ENEMY in battles.
 Legion_Secutore_: Strength Heavy Swordsman - Equipment: Free onehanded, Board shields, Rus Shoes, Free choice of helmet, no armor or Tunic for 6 Gold Coins.
 Legion_Retiarius_: Agility Light Spearman (Forkman) - Equipment: Battle Fork/Trident, No body armor, No or light helmet. Leather Boots/Splinted Greaves/Rus shoes, Throwing Daggers.
 Legion_Hoplomachi_: Agility Light/Medium Swordsman - Equipment: 1h or 2h weapon, if 1h, + Round shield of free choice. Free choice of helmet and shoes, no armor or Tunic for 6 Gold Coins.

6. Praetorians: Special Units. Purpose: Hard Battles, Tanking. Equipment:  Anti-Horse weapon and/or 1h Weapon, preferred swords, Board, kite or eventually Steel shields (bad for formation fighting). Heavy armour ( Cuir Bouilli over Mail or Rus Scale Armor), Rus shoes/splinted greaves/Mail boots, free gloves, Barbutte/Segmented helmet/Mail coif/Khergit War Helmet.

RULES ABOUT NAMING:
For now, every classes from 1 to 5 will have prefix Legion_   . We don't want to complicate everything :). Praetorians, Centurions and Legates will be Legion_Praetorian_, etc.

you forgot the Holy Roman Empire. they wear miniskirts and sandals, too.

Btw roman miniskirt-armors are around 50 before Christ. Dont fit to strat, I guess. But this is a fantasy-RPG-strategy-game-thing so who cares. Then HRE can finally wear the stuff they should.

Holy Roman Empire =/= Roman Empire
HRE was ruled by Germans, Roman Empire ruled by Latins.
Holy Roman Empire didn't have skirts. It founded late 10th Century and they had tincan knights,flamberge spammers etc.So HRE has the stuff they need already.

I dont care. :D Romans are some guys in miniskirts+sandals for me. like transexual hippies. Just more gay. And less cool. Like that guys in the Asterix-comics... Well HRE got bashed like them by Mercs. :D

And HRE is really pissed if i tell them theyre Sandaleros. So... trolling ftw.

Welcome, I like the theme, personally if they added proper Roman armor I would love to make an unofficial clan alt.
