Title: Name Change for clan

Im trying to change my name from 'plex' to 'plex_of_Haven' but it doesnt seem to be working... i have tried multiple times and lost all my money.. this is pissing me off aka WTF?

Some help would be appreciated, thanks :)

The name change is manually accepted by admins, so it won't happens instantly.
