Hi
Was making a throwing build and am perplexed with wpf requirements...
I had 5 power throw
1 wpf -> You need more proficiency with throwing weapons
64 wpf -> You need more proficiency with throwing weapons
65 wpf -> Is fine which is consistent with the rule that you need 13 x pt(5) = 65
65 wpf and 17 bodyarmor -> You need more proficiency with throwing weapons
93 wpf and 17 bodyarmor -> You need more proficiency with throwing weapons
94 wpf and 17 bodyarmor -> Is fine but was just one big "question mark" on why I needed to get it so high.
94 wpf and 17 bodyarmor and 2.5 legs -> You need more proficiency with throwing weapons
96 wpf and 17 bodyarmor and 2.5 legs -> You need more proficiency with throwing weapons
97 wpf and 17 bodyarmor and 2.5 legs -> Is fine
97 wpf and 17 bodyarmor and 2.5 legs and 0.5 gloves -> You need more proficiency with throwing weapons
100 wpf and 17 bodyarmor and 2.5 legs and 0.5 gloves -> You need more proficiency with throwing weapons
Can't try higher yet since I'm not high enough level. This is just WEIRD! Anyone knows the "current" formula for throwing. Wonder if the formula for all weapons have changed. If so the body armor seems to be doing at least 2.5x penalty as before.

14WPP per PT. wearing armor over 7.5 weight reduces your WPP. so in medium-heavy armor you'll need over 20WPP per PT
look up the wpp reduction due to weight threads

I've found the penalty seems to be very high.
I have 2 power throw and 60 wpf in throwing (just so i can use Franciscas)
But in medium-heavy armour i get the message. (Hereldic mail)
30 wpf per power throw seemed more than enough to me, but apparently not

ya it sucks. but just because u get the message doesnt mean you cant pick SOME of your ammo up.
ie..my thrower alt has PT 6, he cant pick up spears but he can pick his jarrids up in mail armor
