Title: Skipping the fun

This might be a bug I am experiencing or poor memory and I'm listing it in step process to make it easier to understand.

·I had a skip the fun alt created around last Monday "Corns_BectotheFuture"
·I deleted the character on Sunday
·I created a new character with the same name
·I can't skip to fun.


I believe it has been seven days, but I don't know how to check it to verify. Does using the same name mess up the Skipping the fun process?

The old one was created at 2011-07-19 18:18:52

hmm, when saying there is a 7 days cooloff period, does it mean that you need to wait exactly 168 hours, or u need to wait for officiall 7 days to pass,
for example if i create a stf character on monday at 18:00 will i need to wait exactly next monday 18:00 or will i be able to create it at next monday 7:00
