Title: Votebanned on EU4 Siege

Hello,

five minutes ago, i was votebanned on EU4 Siege. Killed a guy with the name Baliano_di_Iberin twice, he started a voteban, enemy team had more members -> Vote was successful
I know this ban only last 30 minutes.

Since i don't have enough proof to ask for a ban of Baliano_di_Iberin,  just remember his name if he does some annoying things again.
