Due to a loophole, an attacker was able to gain access to several user accounts.

The hole was fixed, however, everyone is advised to change his password for security reasons.

Thanks for the warning.

I have a feeling that the trade feature is the cause of all this. Before trade there was no point in breaking into accounts since the only thing you could do was mess up someones characters, but gain nothing from this. I don't like the players trade feature unless I could do it between my own characters.

This has actually been to exploit/hack/fuck with strategus instead of heirlooms

Is some sort of compensation going to be awarded to the victims of the hackings, as was done for those that lost their heirlooms/ect last time? I ask because these hackings into strategus affect entire clans and I think anything less than undoing the hackers actions will result in more attempts at this kind of mass mayhem.
