Title: throwing.

I have 7 Power throw, When i throw a lance i can't pick it back up... It's getting irratating..
says my proficiency is too low for it?

weight of armor reduces your WPP.  IF you dont have 14 WPP per PT, you wont be able to pick them up.  Its not a bug, its intentional

either wear lighter armor or put more WPP into throwing, 20~ for medium-heavy armor
