Several heirlooms that were lost due to selling it to the bank were retrieved. So if you ever sold an heirloom, knowingly or not, it should be restored now. Understand that this is a one time action - selling heirlooms to the bank in the future will not be restored.

i sold 2 or maybe 3 heirlooms long time ago (1 or 2 months before the first upkeep patch i think) will those be restored?  :oops:

Ouch! I sold my +1 Bec de Corbin accidentally today, maybe 1 hour ago. Will I get my Bec de Corbin restored pls :s.

EDIT: I tried to sold my other bec de corbin (my non-heirloomed one) but i clicked on the wrong bec de corbin >.<

A new 'well made arbalest' has appeared in my inventory, next to my current 'Exquisite Arbalest' (I did accidentally sell my Well Made Arbalest).  Can select both in game.

Need confirmation that these two are most definately seperate items, and selling one will not remove the other.  I don't want another heart attack.

If it is back in your inventory right now then yes, if it is not in your inventory right now then no it is never coming back.

Will I get my masterwork long espada eslavona, thick huscarls, tempered flamberge and balanced long hafted blade get back I lost because you failed in informing about the skip the fun shit?

Could there just be a "Are you sure you want to sell this heirloomed item" message/checkbox confirmation .... would that solve this?

Of course, people should also just be careful what they are selling.

chadz i had a +1 light kuyak on the market for 400k than i got it loomed. shouldnt that make it a different armour? and the trade should be off the market. so some lucky bastard got a +2 kuyak for 400k can you please fix this?

About two months ago(at the end of the May I think), when I started playing cRPG after few months break I had unlocated loompoints, I heirloomed one of the Items, exchanged it on on the market place and then I've sold it to the bank :s, dunno how it happens.
chadz, if you could possibly take a look on this I would be really gratefull.

I had a tempered miadao that appeared out of no where a few weeks ago and ive finnaly decided to sell it, and as soon as I put it up for the market my balanced katana has dissapeared and tears have appeared in my eyes.

well u know alts has no more funny cus they cant increase gold on strat.and i played with them like main right?i gained xp and gold?increased gen?so i think ppl deserve this ability cus while strat was offline alt chars was funny.for example i got x3 bow in 1 of ma alt and x3 2h and x1 2her in 1 of ma alt.i think i should have the ability to use those items cus i made them with playing like playin on main while strat was off.soo if i played and loomed them why i dont deserve to use them?

I've been asking the same several times with no feedback, leading to the only obvious conclusion: don't make alts and don't play those already created. Specially now that strategus is up.

We wasted the same time and dedication in a alternative char, same time as a main, specially in a time where there weren't alts and mains, just characters. Now I have a Mighty German Poleaxe lost in time.

Ok, the tools to restore transactions is finished. To get your items back, you have to 2 options:

A) Post here. Post your exact name (of the main), post when it happened, post what items you lost. The more info you give me the faster it works.

B) If you are not comfortable with everyone knowing all of this, hit me in irc.

Edit: please only post when you fit A), no other posts.

My ingame name is Leshma and this is my case:

Few days ago, I was playing very late. It was around 2 am if I recall right when I wanted to put an offer for my Masterwork Danish Greatsword for Masterwork Longsword and 100k gold. It wasn't a final offer, if someone was interested in such trade I expected him to contact me and I would lower the amount of gold cause 100k is a bit much, I was aware of that fact.

However, since it was very late and I was really tired I made the mistake and forgot to put modifier on item I requested, the Longsword. At that time I was still in game and was browsing the marketplace via Steam browser. As you all know there is no confirmation screen for offers you previously create so therefore I had no idea that I forgot to put modifier and that I was in fact trading Masterwork Danish Greatsword for regular Longsword and 100k gold. I didn't check because I was playing and because marketplace is very slow and it's even worse in steam browser.

Aproximately one hour later (around 3 am) when I was going to shut down the game and go to sleep, I went on c-rpg.net and saw that I have a message. In that message it said that I traded with a player named Smashrush. Here is the screenshot of that message:

Shortly after that happened or tomorrow, I'm not sure of that, I tried to contact player Smashrush and ask him is he willing to help me to revert the trade cause I made mistake. He didn't respond. I sent him another message. Both messages I'll show here:

This is my inventory which shows the amount of heirloomed items I have. I am generation 11, was generation 2 when looms got divided by 3 which means I had one loom point at that time. Now I have 10, that extra 3 and gold was earned by playing in low gear for some amount of time, little part was from trades (maybe 150k for more than 20 trades I made so far). No one was ever dissatisfied after trading with me and if they were I would revert the trade. I believe there are people who can confirm that if they are willing to do so.

Also this screen shows that I have two longswords, I certainly didn't bought twice so that shows that I'm not laying.

The last message shown in message list is the trade I made with Raven_Sokka, who sold that sword to me for 900k gold. So I lost either an Masterwork (3 heirlooms) or 800k gold, depends how you look at it. In terms of time that is more than a month (casual player) or in my case 3 weeks of either grinding gold or retiring. That is a lot of time and I simply can't get over the fact that it went into nothingness and that someone else got MW item just because he was online that night. I'm aware that it could be anyone but in my case it's clearly not a nice guy like it was in previous such case when other player decided to give back an item.

I know that I made a mistake but I'm asking you to support my side because I'm not a griefer, not a bad person, I'm dedicated player, I like this mod and community and I've been banned only once for one minute because of some senseless trolling (ask Thomek). If you cannot revert the trade, at least help me in some way, give me words of consolation cause I really do feel like shit whenever I play this mod after this happened. I know you would say: then stop playing! But I would like to continue to play and my gameplay experience won't ever be the same if you don't help me. Put yourself in my situation for a sec, think how would you feel if something like this happened to you.

If you cannot revert trade atm please tell me that you'll do in future when you'll be able to do so. Or some compensation. But please, don't just say we don't give a shit because that's not the impression I have about you devs or this community. One guy who bought my item not giving a shit is already enough. I always found this community as being full of good natured people, where jerks aren't allowed.

I sold a x1 Heavy Throwing Axe yesterday for 340k to LL_Emperor_KillerofFlowers and have yet to receive the gold for the transaction. Its been almost 17 hours I believe.

If you typed 340,000 or 340.000 gold then it only gave you 340.

You started as gen one which means you only got two loom points for gen two and three...
