Is it viable?
Am I too big of a target to be effective?
Is it too expensive?
What build would you recommend? (I'm contemplating 15/24)
What kind of tactics should I follow when I'm in the battle?
I like horse archery in normal cRPG but my true passion is strategus so I was wondering what people thought of HA builds for strat battles?
I'm fairly good at keeping my deaths down in strat battles (Except for that one Ayn Assuadi, but that was because cav was crawling all over the archers), so I'm hoping I can do some major harassment/scouting and rack up some kills taking minimum damage as an HA in strat.
Any information is appreciated, thanks.

To expensive to be of any use :/
you're better of going foot archer.

Dunno if you are smart about avoiding foot archers right now HA are quite powerful. Most cav is equipped with unarmored horses.

I agree. in the fights I have been in, HA stayed far enough away from enemy archers but also kept enemy cavalry contained so they were not as much a threat. Rouncey dies in 1-3 shots

Thank you very much for the information, would anyone else like to chime in? preferred strat builds?
