Title: The problem with the character

Hello all players and admins of cRPG. I`m here to ask your help. Some time ago this character (ARNOR_Faramir) has broken for cRPG and Strategus (was 1 lvl and can`t join strategus again)... We were afraid that we lost all the money and troops in strategus , but Administrators have fixed it. Now this character can join strategus, but can not move and do anything except transfer tickets and money. Here some screenshots(click to enlarge):
