Title: Strategus Battle Message

It seems to be missing despite the fact that it's set correctly in the Strategus character page. We've had this bug before, but it was solved with changes to the message. That solution did not seem to work this time.

I had the same thing for our battle. Made it hard to coordinate our efforts as HALF my army was not in TS/Vent
