Is there a fromula for calculating actual bow dammage?
Is it possible to make something like that vargas' tool for calculating mele damage, but for bow?
-
I am also eager to know if that would be possible.

Only if you would know if there is rain, what is the arrow speed, at which angle (up/down) is the archer shooting, how far away is the target, what is target's speed bonus, what is archer's speed bonus (if he shoots while moving), which bones arrow hits and few other "insignificant" details.
Answer is:
No.

In the highlighted area you are wrong. Archers do not get speed bonus from their own speed. (ive asked devs)
Thats the very same reason why HAs take so many arrows to kill anyone, as mounted penalty is not balanced with horse speed.
Apart from that your resoning is correct
Gazda, just get a mate on a duel server and shoot at him to get an idea of your average none damage vs different armours. Its the best you can get.

Thanks for explaining.
Then it's only target's speed bonus, but still - I don't think I managed to say all of the details which have influence on archery damage.
