Title: BUG Help !!!!!!! (screen)

Hello i have a big problem i can't see my heavy lance in my equipement list in game but i can si in my inventory in website but this name is tempered Heavy lance and this realy name is Balanced Heavy lance

Try setting the lance in your default equipment, should enable you to use it in game.

It is a bug in item mappings between site and game, should be fixed in next patch. Heirlooming the lance again should also fix it.
