Title: Cannot Be Used On Horseback

I can use my 'Cannot Be Used On Horseback' weapons on a horse for some reason?

i.e Using pike and long spear on horseback

Yep i found that out in a server with every1 saying ban him :o I didn't know  :| only selected it by mistake lol
