How about just eyepatch, like pirate thingy, however it will be a rag material like wool, like the guy from 300.

It should do nothing, but take away some wpf. Totally for style.

Maybe not debuff-like thingy... Surely no armor, or +1 I think.  and very light of course. Well, eventually it can buff a little Xbow/bowmen.
