Your processor, at least try to grab an i5-2500k.
Maybe add on 2 more gigs of ram.
And of course, upgrade the graphics card. If you have 200 bucks, I would recommend an ATI Radeon 6850 or 6870 for your card.

I'm not really a fan of nvidia. But if you like nvidia a lot, upgrade your Geforce 250 GTS to a Geforce 450 GTS.

You have a mobo that supports ddr2 or ddr3?
Because I heard mobos with 775 slot and ddr3 suck equus africanus asinus ass, I'd just go for a new i5 2500k ati 6950(flash 6970 in bios) everything else more expensive than that is a money drain.
Hyperthreading sucks, theres barely any reason to take i7 2600k over i5 2500k and in the future you can get another 6950 and flash it into 6970.

This man speaks the truth.

Get a 6950 or 6970 tops, the new intel processors i5 line, a good motherboard with a revision (be sure to get one of those if you don't want any problems),  a bronze or higher ceritfied power supply, a good airflow case and youll be rocking those games with ease.
