Hi! i have two characters, one archer in medium armor and one knight with charger and full plate set. My archer i can play just fine, i earn a little more than my repair costs, but my knight is impossible to play. The repair costs are 2000 for one item and frequently break, and i do not earn anywhere near this much. How am i supposed to play plated warrior with these repair costs? I have not seen many knights except me, are plate armors even supposed to be used? If not why are they available for purchase?

Nowadays you can only use full plate with a ridiculously high cash reserve.

Currently the easiest way is to not use it. Then sell your heirloom point when you retire. You could probably sell it for around 400k or so. Then next gen, wear all that stuff to your heart's content.

Well you see...
if you don't win enough to pay for your armor then either
It is possible to get enough though as I am an asshole who wears plate 100% of the time and still makes 5-15k a day
unless you are a fucking god then the current system doesnt intend for you to be able to pay for expensive plate, and an armored horse full time. Else ways everyone would be wearing plate and riding elephants

Nice tip, but you see i leveled up my archer, but for the knight i used "skip the fun" when he was lvl 15, now i cannot level him to 31  anyway guess i just cant play him for now.

Ick...well, if you have the stamina you could run around in peasant gear until you save up about 100k or so. Then do it again when you drop low enough.

If you weren't born rich you can't wear plate except maybe 10% of the time.

You don't need to be born rich to become a successful merchant.
Nice game nick btw :)

Kinda makes heirlooms redundant for everyone except those who have already got all they want loomed. Makes no sense if you have to do that.

I only have 1 MW item but im selling y next loom point for the moneyz as a +1 lance isnt ZOMG.
-
I'm tempted to sell my next loom...just cause with the arrow upkeep (can't afford bodkins now so no point looming those) and the horse heirloom nerfs I don't overly see the point. Though I kinda want my champion courser just for the lols.
