Title: Friendly fire effect from enemies

More and more lately I've been running into a weird bug.

When I hit an enemy, it does little damage and I hear the friendly fire noise/effect and get staggered myself since most servers have 1% mirror dmg turned on.

It also happens to a clanmate of mine and the only hypothesis is it has something to do with ladders, as I am a proethetic ladder carrier and he does often as well.

Turn off mirror damage.
