Just hit 31 and loomed a Mail with Surcoat again... but after i retired it gave me a +1 Light mail and plate....
At first i thought it was my bad, then i realized they weren't even close together on my list and i remember looking at the next level of mail with surcoat when i clicked the bubble.

This sounds bad, especially as i am planning to retire and loom my boss' item...
