Title: How to keep your troops after defeat.

As you know we won against BRD today, roughly 250 against 1200

Basically (correct me if I'm wrong) they should lose a percentage of their tickets. No they didn't
They should be spawned in somewhere else on the map, that didn't happen too.

Why?

I believe its possible to abuse the attack range. Simply :

you can attack to an another fief when you are next to your own and :
after the attack you can enter to your fief, which causes the bug (abuse)

I think its too late for now but I think devs should know about that to prevent abusing this in near future or upcoming strategus.

No, thats not why.  We had a clanmate atatck tosdhar and automatically lsoe with his brave 9 troops and he was not relocated and did not lose his troops and he was not in a fief when he did this.  It has nothing to do with what you are saying, its part of the normal gear right now that you lose all your equipment and the troops you lost in the fight only. 

Though there was  a bug where 20 of our mercenaries were not allowed to spawn even though they had been hired.  Which left us with 2/3rds as many people.  They kept reentering the server and the bug wouldn't go away.  I double-checked afterwards the battle report and they were in our roster.

Alright then, but one of the devs saying there is also a bug (attacking from inside of the fief)
