Title: Penalty for not showing up!

There should be a penalty for not showing up to a signed up battle. Something like not being allowed to fight in the next 5 battles.

Villagers are too few players and all those idiots who sign up and don't come make us loose.

The penalty is not being hired.

For the AI it now keeps track of who shows up and the performance, and hired accordingly if it has previous history from them.

For clans, simply don't hire them again.
