Title: Question about a build

So I am a support infantry using a spear + shield. Aside from all the people saying it's very ineffective things have been going great. I do well most rounds and help my team a lot with the stun it does when I poke someone. My problem is I don't know what my stats should look like. I was going to do 12/24, but some people go the other route 24/12 or a balance build of 18/18. If anyone has a suggestion then please help me out or comment on which of the three builds (12/24, 24/12 or 18/18) you think would be best.

21-15 is good. You can use a Huscarl, do good damage with an awlpike, have 7 PS and 7 IF... It is amazing.
12-24 is good too actually but you do very little damage and are relinquished to a support role exclusively.

I'm using spear+shield this build and I went 18/18. I can take a few hits and still move at a decent speed.

24/15, prbly the best battle build.

I'd go 21/15. for the survivability.
