Would really love to see heavier rocks for siege maps as defender. Just imagine some soccer throwing heavy boulders down the siege ramp/tower! They're really slow and leave whoever is throwing them wide open for counter fire. If they do connect, you are in a world of hurt and good chance of being knocked down.
missile speed: 8
weapon length: 30
weight: 25
accuracy: 75
speed rating: 40
max ammo: 5
thrust damage: 45 blunt
knockdown
slots: 1
cost: 4000
I heard firebombs used to do area damage, is there a way to do that with thrown? Would be super lulz to see a group going up the siege ramp all get knocked down like you're bowling

Only way I know of hitting multiple targets is crush through, and that isn't going to be on any throwing weapon hahahaha.
This idea has been presented repeatedly, and will repeatedly be said no to. I would like to try it though, it would have to have a really slow missile speed too --which causes some funky things.
It definitely won't happen without a model, 100% guaranteed.

I'd give them 10b and 4 shot speed.

As cool as this may sound, it looks suspiciously like the next Throwing Lance from the pre-slot system...

The slower the missile speed, the greater it benegits from speed bonus. Just release one heavy boulder, and you'll be sure to kill someone. A bit op with thoses stats. Especially with 5 amo.

Another balanced weapon that people loved to hate on every few weeks they got killed by one because its a ridiculous type of weapon.

this feature is already in
rocks turn into boulders at their 5th heirloom

ya I suppose that may be a bit too much dmg, but something 20-30 would be good. Heavy rocks are nothing to scoff at
-
this is silly.
thrown weapons allways stick into people and shields this would look very silly. I would only agree with this if they dropped almost straight down.... and you could use them from horseback
The throwing lance was a thing of glory. A reason for 2H and pole-armers to invest in shield skill it in my opinion helped balance if it wasn't for itself.
