Title: password lost - Coin2

Coin coin all,

since the modification for password i can t log me on character's page...and i don t success to change it by the command in game. Maybe i don t understand that i must doing

Can someone help me?

Okay, just to troubleshoot this first.

You remember that your password now contains an Upper-case letter, and numbers? If you do so, try to put in the password like that.

I forgot first about the big letter and thought I messed up my pw.

i tried few password that i think did....but it s impossible to erase and let a new password?

As I understand you have tried Q M P ingame? If it did not work I hear some keyboards (german?) doesn't accept Y and you need to press Z instead.

Also make sure you remember to use your new account name, not char name. I did this mistake myself.

Hey i have the same problem but that don't work at me. I get the new pw but if i want to log in there is a new window "Convert to account" There I have to write a name and a pw. I tryed all but everytime there came an error "Invalid login."

I hope you can help me

On Step 2 you enter the login of an existing char (=char name and new password you got). On step 3 you enter the details for your new account.

The second one don't work there came "Account already exists."

So you already created an account. You can use the ingame password recovery (keys Q then M then P) to get your account name and new password.

I did that but if i wirte this name down there come "Invalid login."

You are most likely temporarily blocked for too many failed login attempts and need to wait for a few minutes before you can try again.

With new pw don't work. if i get the new pw there stand Assassin/****. If i write that the message come that the login is Invalid.
And if i write my Ingamename Gray_Assassin/**** the message come that the acc already exists.

You should try to login with Gray_Assassin/**** then, looks like this is what you entered as account name.

I copied the wrong one, try to login with Assassin/****, that should be your account. And login on the login page, not in the account popup.

If you don't get any error message you have to clear the cookies for c-rpg.net (with www in front and without).
