95% is a obvious exaggeration, but I think it rains a bit too much myself. But I'm a crossbower, so probably biased on the issue.

I play many classes, but rain effects more than xbow (horse speed, athletics)

It just gets annoying after a while

Last time I did a tally it was around %50 of the time.  Which if you count each battle as a day, almost rivals annual rainfall of the Amazonian basin.

I may have imagined it, but I think it has decreases slightly of late.  Yet, if I am on x1, I will still leave and rejoin the server at the end of every round until the rain goes away and my class is no longer crippled.

take away its stupid penalties or reduce its frequency

First of all, just remove the rain xbow debuff and nerf the damn crossbows already. (I'm a crossbower myself)

Secondly, rain is very normal in Europe, get used to it NA noobs! :P

Not that normal. Hell I live in England (it's been raining every day for a week now) and it still doesn't rain THAT much :| Rain is a bit excessive in crpg.

I dont even use a xbow yet this rain is just too much its like 85% rain in cRPG its just i cant remember the last time i played without rain tbh...
