Title: Strategus Money

Can i sell my strategus money and my troops for crpg gold? Because i heard: "1 Strategus Gold= 40 cRPG Gold" and " 1 Strategus Troop= 3k-5k". Is that possible?

You could if you find other players willing to pay those prices and you trust them enough or they trust you enough. There's no trading system coded in for it, though
