Please. At least allow the Commander to give players the power to use them.

Trolls don't survive long in Strategus. They just won't get accepted in battles anymore.

Yeah, the flags were originally put in because of strategus, but i believe the new flag spawning system conflicts with the battalion flags, or something else new with strategus? That might be completely factless and i'm probably just making it all up. But I swear someone important mentioned a poor reason why it doesn't work.

 We extremely need tham in the battlefield.It's very opportune and usefull tool of organization.We(commanders) need tham!
