Title: Cant update log in info

Alright so, i try to log into the site, it says i need to update my log in info, and when i try it keeps saying invalid log in, i cleared my cookies, still doesnt work, i try to reset my password, but it keeps saying "The wizard only works with a setup account. Please speak to an admin", Where do i go to speak to an admin? I tried sending chadz a message, said he doesnt accept PMs or something, so i have no idea where to go to get this fixed, so im posting here, hopefully someone can help me.

You can reach an admin at the underlined link at the top right corner of the screen that says:
