Title: Crossbow Reload Speed?

I have spent a good two hours searching the whole internet and didn't find anything (I may be a failure at searching) but hopefully someone will know here:

In cRPG, is there any way to increase crossbow reload speed? (Come to that, is there any way in vanilla Warband?) I have been making a crossbower with 15 strength and every other point put into agility and crossbow related skills, but I started wondering if STR would help me reload faster. Or do crossbows just have a constant reload time?

WPF does increase reloading speed of crossbows.
Yes, it does.
Yes, I did tests.
Yes, for every crossbow.
No, str doesn't do that.
Also no, damage can't be increased in any way.
