Title: I'm in! Wait, what now?

I think a lot of players that are in strategus for the first time don't really understand its mechanics. So as this is the old strategus, I was hoping that some helpful noob guides were written in the past and that someone could find those and perhaps sticky them?

Every clan is doing there own thing, ask Ninja what there doing.
