Title: Tatar Bow not heirloomable

Bought a Tatar Bow for heirlooming but it doesn't show in the retire menu

Do you have the required power draw of the bow? Because you can't loom it if you don't.

That's some total nonsense. I'm retiring from melee to ranged. How could enough power draw?

Makes perfect sense to me, you have no experience with bows, so how would you be able to improve one for your grandson?
