Title: Use 2 handers with a shield

If a use want to use a 2 handed with a shield need i to up my 2 handers weapon point
or my 1 handed weapon point?

You need to increase your 1h WPF. Be warned though; when using a 2h sword in 1h mode it's damage output/speed are significantly reduced.

the only real "use" of the 2hand class weapons that can be used with a shield is the ranged defense a shield offers, they are iirc 35% or 30% slower in this mode(that goes for "mace" "morningstar" bastard sword/longsword/katana)

their are several 1h class weapons that can be used with a shield or without one in 1h(or 2h mode as the secondary) and they do not suffer the slowness(IIRC also damage penalty) that the few 2h class weapons that can be used with a shield in 1hand mode *langes messer is one for example*

Only time you'd want a shield with a 2hander is the speed of the shield when you put it on and off. Good for blocking arrows and now the increase in throwers we're going to see. Only time I'd ever fight with a 2handed shield is when I don't have the time necessary to put my shield away
