Title: How to change the main char

Hi i joined a clan and strategus but i deleted my main char now i cant join to strategus it asks me my main char what do i have to do for joining strategus again ? How to change a normal character to main character please help me .

Create a new character, designate it as your Main. Or, choose a pre-existing character that does not have the "alt" tag and make it your main. Then try Strategus.

Are you trying to make a character tagged as an Alternative into your main? If so then it will not show up as an option as it is impossible.

What do you mean by "alt tag" ? and how to designate it as main char coz i already tried a new char but it didnt worked

I honestly have no idea where they put the new "set main" button since the website changed. If it is not in the tab called Settings, nor is it to the very left of the character page, then I would suggest asking here for help:

Yeah your best bet is to ask there in IRC (the link above.) I would say all you need to do is delete your main character and then set another one, but it is possible that this is bugged or that you broke something. You totally deleted your old main right?

yes i did and opened a new 1 but still it isnt working x(

To make a new main, you need to have a character that is created after you made your old main. Then delete your main, and choose that new character, now you can make that one main. If its older than when you made your old main, main, you cant make it main. (correct me if Im wrong)

Im sorry this was my first time in a chat like that so i didnt know where to log out and after i asked if nobody says anythng then yes i do what u say ffs well anyways now i finally make a main char so u guys dont have 2 write any other things here ty for your helps
