Title: Skiped The Fun on one of my alts, no respec

I just skipped the fun on one of my alts and it did not reset my character stats.  I placed a name change request right before I skipped the fun, could this be part of the issue?

EDIT:
Just found out you dont get a respec if you Skip The Fun.  Whooooooops.
