Title: Siege-mode construction site+ladder exploit

Having seen him doing it constantly in a recent match, I'm told by Denbitre_Ronald_Mellisandro that blocking ladders with construction sites is allowed now.

Is this true? :(

On EU servers due to CS sites having a small HP pool, yes.

On NA servers? I doubt it as they are extremely conservative with the rules right now.

Small hp pool? Every 40-60 seconds a new one will be placed. Is the hp pool really that small that it doesn't totally ruin the game for you? I must be overly sensitive then, I think it's awful.

Nice for a suicidal peasant with a construction site, just a shame it isn't a single player game ...
