Title: How to get gold?

Since the last patch I played like 10 hours and did not gain any gold. The repair costs are ridiculous and I'm wearing crap equipment.
The Defend the Virgin mode is also a joke, repair costs > income, even if you are killing tons of bots.

Suggestion: When your team wins give extra gold for each kill you made...

I totally agree with this, for example last time i played DTV and only my Long hafted spiked mace broke (an average Polearm) and i paid more for it than i earned in 3 Rounds of DTV, also i killed loads of bots =/.
you really should be rewarded for each kill you made in this round lets say 5Gold and 50Exp for example, in addition to this it could be increased for higher waves IMO.

I turned off my auto-repair. The current cost of repair is 7% of original value.

My Heavy equipment: (Total: 138856 Repair: 0~9717)

Well, since auto-repair is turned off, that means I can use the equipments until they are completely in Unusable states, literally. (Except my Plated Charger, Stubborn (-1) requires 7 riding, which I can only use my +1 Well Bred Plated Charger until it's Stubborn)

I earn about 10k~20k of gold before I have to manually repair all my broken junks, which covers the repair cost and have excess gold earned.
But at some point, armors/weapons at -2 or -3 states are almost as useless as Unusable, so I can see why we only need to pay once to repair an item from -3 to 0 (or +1, +2).

I've been manually repairing ever since first generation, and I can say I have not lost any gold or have any finance problem.
The downside is, if your weapon is -2 (Cracked for 2H), it reduces the speed and dmg so much that I just repair it before its unusable.

You see, with auto-repair on, you have to pay for every single time the equipments are damaged, while it's off, you only have to pay 'once' to fix a completely unusable item back to normal.

How "crap" is your equipment? Mine has a cost of 18000, and I'm making money perfectly well.

Will the item disappear if it is not repaired at some point, I have always auto-repaired and was wondering about that because I was afraid of my items being lost forever.

I've got no problems...my "standard" outfit, which is fairly cheap (including Surcoat over Mail and German GS) runs about 28k. With minimal costume changes, last night (some Battle, some Siege) I made about 4k. I still have to go into Transitional/Corrazina or Plate armor to lose money.
