Title: Maintenance Skill

A specific Maintenance Skill would be create to put points in the cRPG web interface..
like to every 2 points spent could decrease by 1% de cost of maintenance..   so instead of allocate in game skills like riding,ps and etc you could put in that, and if possible disable totaly to put points through game panel.

this game need intelligence, charisma, luck, endurance and dexterity attributes for strategus so it would be more complete
