Title: Can't heirloom one of my items

I traded my old Balanced Miaodao for a Powerful Great Maul last night and reached level 31 tonight. I wanted to do the final heirloom on the Great Maul, but when I look down the list of my items on the retirement page, the Great Maul doesn't appear. Can somebody help me with this please?

You can only heirloom items that you are able to use.

The Great Maul has a difficulty of 18 if I remember correctly. Do you have 18 strength?
