Title: Bows.

When I was archer... No one knows how long enough I didn't hold this shit in hand, so with 160 wpf in archery I'll could hold bow steady on 1-2 secs?

With bows these days it's very much: Pick a target, knock and draw the bow while tracking them, quick final adjustments and release. Normally you're able to hold maybe 2 seconds with 160 wpf, Masterwork Longbow, which is what I use and what I have the most experience with.

I hope this is what you wanted because I didn't quite understand what you were asking.
