Title: Request for Small Website Feature: Average Repair Cost Display
Post by: Barbas on July 11, 2011, 08:30:13 pm
A minor-ish request, as it doesn't involve any actual changes:

Since repair costs have changed, then changed again, which has very nearly caused the smallfolk to go mad.. I thought how very helpful it would be if the equipment selection section of the website could display the average per-tick repair costs of the equipment setup selected - the sum of the repair cost x chance of breakage for each item equipped.  It would save a lot of unnecessary effort of calculating it oneself - especially if one's WPF now has an impact on the chance of breakage.

I can understand the motivation for keeping some game mechanics secretish or obscure, but in this case, I don't think any hard could come of it - and it would help out newer players especially, as they have to be much more conscious of such things.

Suggestion sub-forums exist primarily so that devs have a way to avoid suggestions :p

Aww damn, post moved.. now it will never happen

Hehe really though, suggestion sub-forums are a common way for devs to weed out input; you let all the users bicker amongst themselves in some far, dark corner of the forum were you never have to go ;)

Still:  Do my suggestion, nooow!
