Title: siege mode and siege equipment

Now the siege equipment is available for the defenders as well.
Ok, that is not so critical since their blocking factor is quite low (only camperspots for the archers could be annoying).

But the forced carrying in the active slot does not work anymore. Now i can get in position as simple footsoldier and pull out a ladder out of my bag of holdings.
