In a galaxy far far away after all the bugs have been fixed and new features implemented.

Adjust the XP gain appropriately  :D

Wipe Strategus and let the reconquest begin.

It'll be wiped when the testing process demands wiping.  This is Beta, not finished product.

Just because it's beta doesn't mean they shouldn't fix what's broken.

Well... The wipe overall will benefit Strategus, however  I, personally, am not interested in it as much as I'm interested in keeping status quo, since we JUST finished conquests and were having a nice friendly war...

We (all of us) just tested the new siege equipment last weekend, can't you guys wait a little bit? Obviously dev team is trying to make the game more interesting and I don't really find it useful to make blunt assumptions like that. Nerf this buff that ban him kick her wipe it! I say patience.
