Bridge Speed

snow 0.25
hill/mountain 0.15
Bridges 0.025

It takes longer to cross bridges than mountains (:mrgreen:)? Surely a mistake?

You mean longer to cross bridges than mountains? It should depend on the size of the bridge and the size of the army.

Mountain is 0.075, different from hill. Might be a bit tricky since most of the "mountain" areas are actually considered hills on the geomap (mountain is only the white part surrounded by hills).

regardless, that's STILL faster than bridge speed.
Shouldn't bridge speed be the same as plains, but since you can only cross there, it's a natural choke point and easy to funnel opposing armies.

What do the various numbers refer to?  Is it kph, mph, grid squares per hour, what?

pixels per minute.

How could it be kph or mph? My screen isn't that big...
