Game Admin Feedback / thryn admin application

**this is a minecraft admin application im using as a template**

What time are you most often on? (your time) - when im not busy
Are you multilingual (Speak more than one language)? - no
When did you first play cRPG, how often do you play? - 2012, when the game is fun
Have you ever been banned or temp banned on cRPG? - yes
What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? - ive admined in pw and nw
Where are you most active on the server? - when i am
How many hours can you contribute per day? - all of the hours in which i am on
Are you Donator? - ya, i got this sick title for it
What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? - be the admin they deserve, not the one they need
Why should YOU be an admin- i'm a semi-intelligent individual who is trustworthy enough to manage adminship in a fair manner. also, there are times in which i am the only person with admin on the server but i can't use it because i'm a balancer yet some rules are in need of enforcement.

Diplomacy / looks like fruit's back on the menu boys

After gaining a foothold in Strategus, the devout followers of Tammo looked to spread their lord's influence both far and wide. The Holy Order marched swiftly through the AFK lands, conquering fiefs in the name of the Flaming Shaft. All seemed well whilst the Prophet Kale led his flock to their destiny. Then, calamity struck. The Capital of Uxhal, home of the Order, shook violently as the loins of the very Earth erupted underneath its proud, erect walls. The city and surrounding fiefs were swallowed whole in the disaster the Order now knows as "Strategus Reseticus." However, though crippled and weak, the Order will not give up its goal. The warrior Thryn, now on a pilgrimage in the name of Tammo, seeks to restore the Order to its former glory. His first step is to take Emirin, a village which may lead to the whereabouts of the now missing Prophet.

For LYING to Tammo and SUPPORTING THE DIAPERBABBY PWs BEHIND TAMMO'S BACK (by dumping loads of troops into the damn castle everyone was tired of sieging), JUSSTISS HAS COME KNOCKING AT YOUR DOORSTEP. You knew better Deadvic. You knew that your action was wrong. And you also knew that your wickedness would have consequences.
We don't parley with little MISCREANTS such as you, so don't expect to weasel your way out diplomatically. THE ERADICATION OF THE BANDITS HAS BEEN CALLED UPON, AND THE LIGHT OF TAMMO WILL PURGE SARGOTH.

The Intelligence Office of Tammo regrets to inform you that Nu-King James is NOT launching an assault in the hopes of giving North American players the XP battles they deserve, but instead is plotting the MURDER of the defenseless GOBBLIN people in what we can only describe as THE SHITDICK OFFENSIVE. The strategy of the Nu-King is none other than an attempt to stomp on the GOBBLINS while they're down.

General Discussion / The Ranged Problem.

Firstly, I'm posting this in General Discussion because I believe that it will attract more eyes and this discussion needs to be presented (or continued) in a manner that will expose itself to as much of the playerbase as possible.
I decided to test some of the capabilities of ranged builds that are attainable in cRPG. Below is the data that I collected on a character that had 59 hit points (24 strength and no Iron Flesh).
I only tested two builds: one for crossbow, one for archery. The crossbow build was designed to meet the basic requirements of using an arbalest (16 strength) whilst the archery build focused on a strength based yew longbowman (30 strength and 12 athletics).
Important info regarding builds:
Arbalest: Yew Longbow Archer:

184 wpf 121 wpf
*Note that all shots were taken from the same distance as represented by the "Reticle for Arbalest" screenshot.
On the testing parameters:
Each shot was fired at a non-moving (no speed bonus) target that wore armors at varying intervals. The armor scales as follows: 0, 30, 50, 70. These intervals were chosen to represent base damage, light armor, medium armor, and heavy armor. No ranged weapon tested utilized heirloom points. The archer utilized bodkin arrows and the arbalest used steel bolts.
Now, for damage reports:

Estimated Hit point calculations:
Arbalest: 8 bolts per minute on 184 wpf
Archer: 17 arrows per minute on 121 wpf (yew longbow)
Final note: The arbalest does not have any power draw requirements, meaning anyone who has 16+ strength can use it. Additionally, you do not need to bring bolts into battle because it comes preloaded on spawn.
