this is a big issue on NA as well
They actually tackled that abomination of spaghetti code?
complete madmen, but highly appreciated
This autobalance was an option since the Donkey Crew developed cRPG. I'm not sure if there's any class balance yet in this one, but from what I heard it could be possible for Professor to implement a code that determines peoples classes based on their PT, PD, HA, riding, etc.
I hope he's careful not to consider as archers people who put 1PD just to fool the autobalance. Same goes with the rest of classes.
I hope he's careful not to consider archers as people
No clue if it was on tonight, but it was a ranged shitfest.
Well, I can't play with my clan anymore since I always get team switched because of being a ranged. Out of 10 rounds I got swaped 8 times into the enemy team. I dont know if it happens to other people as well, but it ruins the fun for me. Kinda frustraiting to always have to play against your friends/clan members.
ranged stacks ruin the fun for most melee/cav players, which also happens to be most of the player population. it is unfortunate that you and your clanmates cant all be archers on the same team, but why not just play a different class or have your clanmates play a different class
Not anymore, is it?
Well now we have a cav meta, the most busted class with a bunch of open maps.
cav is at least way easier to counter than rangedthats btrue, I can kill cav and leave horse alive if i know they are coming and time it right with my sai. They only are a problem if the run you down from behind unawares while you are fighting someone else or if they are riding in a herd, which ironically is the really only problem with ranged too the archers nest.
there's a lot of people on the field who actually carry a pike/lance, but only a few of them keep their awareness up(click to show/hide)
Saw some HA actually doing well on EU1, has their damage been increased? Seeing people die pretty quick
Did you revert it again? Back to all infantry on one team with all the cav and ranged on the other...
Feels like the sample of playing with the "strict" balance is a bit small, however from what I've experienced clans seem to be getting split up alot more, but it also felt like the balance between classes were greater than usual.
