- readded medium quality FXAA since it doesn't affect startup time anymore
- renamed reflection setting from Sky, Landscape to Sky, Landscape and Objects (since those are reflected as well)
- toned down high postprocessing settings
- fixed chat spam when downloading a new map at the end of a round
- fixed startup error on Windows XP
- fixed key used to open the chat appearing in the chat prompt
- set post processing off in lower presets as it can be quite performance heavy

- horses no longer rear on glances or very low damage hits
