The Crusaders of Acre is an old faction, founded on the principles of teamwork, structure, and integrity. Through an extended period spanning multiple strateguses, King Reinhardt led Acre bravely to gain renown and glory. As the crown was passed on to King James, Acre continued to flourish, reaching new highs and standing firm while weathering the storms others could not. The return of King Reinhardt brings about a new era, and with it a new life to Acre. We are a light unto darkness. As we fight together, we value cooperation and skill. We encourage those who are affiliated with other factions to take part in our formations and fight with us on the field, but for those searching for a faction to call home, the Crusaders of Acre are here. (click to show/hide)The King is the figurehead of Acre. His duties are to manage the faction and lead it to the best of his abilities. With the Lords of Acre to assist him in leadership, the King is to oversee the faction as a whole, commanding in strategus and assuring that the faction is kept in check.
=+= Royal Guardsmen =+=
(click to show/hide)The Royal Guard is a small group consisting of mainly mid-to-high ranking members of Acre entrusted with the job of protecting the King. Royal Guardsmen tend to follow the King into battle and stick with him at all times, even when the battalion banner is not being used. They are considered reliable members of Acre, often tasked with things others would not be. Royal Guardsmen are to include the tags "RG" into their name, before "of_Acre": Rank_Yournamehere_RG_of_Acre

(click to show/hide)Lords comprise the council of the faction, which advises the King. As council members, their job is to assist the King in leading the faction, planning events and trainings to keep it to keep the faction thriving. The Viceroy serves as second in command and hand of the King. Lords are also typically landowners in Strategus.

(click to show/hide)The Marshal takes on an integral command role in Acre. The Marshal is charged with the internal affairs of the clan, assisting the King in leading the faction, planning events and trainings to keep it to keep the faction thriving.

=+= Knights of the Cross / Rangers / Genoese =+=
(click to show/hide)Knights of the Cross are the veterans of Acre, as are our Rangers and Genoese crossbowmen. Ranger and Genoese are equivalent to Knights in rank but play ranged classes. They only need to fight well for their faction and attend normal events. Knights are expected to assist in trainings and events, showing the newer members what Acre is about. They have been proven to be trusted members of Acre, able to carry out important tasks, fight with skill in battle, and even command occasionally when necessary. Crusader Sergeants are seen in-game as ("Sergeant_yournamehere_of_Acre").

(click to show/hide)When you're chosen to be promoted to a Crusader of Acre, you will undertake your Crusader Trial. The Crusader trial is a sequence of three duels with three different higher ranking members of Acre. Upon finishing your Crusader Trial, you will be deemed worthy to hold the rank of Crusader of Acre. In addition, you will be allowed to add "Crusader_" to your name. (Example: Crusader_yournamehere_of_Acre) You will be looked upon as a Crusader, a full-fledged member of the Crusaders of Acre. Crusaders are to know what to do in battle and when in formation and are expected to assist the newer members.
=+= Bretheren of Acre =+=
(click to show/hide)Bretheren are those who are still relatively new to Acre. They should learn from more experienced members of Acre, stay active on teamspeak, and get along with other members to assure a promotion to Crusader. Bretheren are seen in-game as "Bretheren_" (Example: Bretheren_yournamehere_of_Acre).
=+= Soldiers of Acre =+=
(click to show/hide)Upon your first promotion, you will be expected to stay active in TS3 and in-game, being an active member of the faction. At this point you will also have the right to bear arms in the name of Acre.
=+= Initiates =+=
(click to show/hide)When you join the Crusaders of Acre you become an Initiate. The first few days that you will have this beginner's rank is an opportunity to get to know those in our faction on our Teamspeak channel and ask questions about your future in the clan. At this point you should not change your name, but make your way to our fiefs on strategus and join our cRPG ladder. After a bit of time, usually a couple of days, you will likely be promoted to a full member of Acre.

V. All members must be 18 years old or older. Exemptions are made for existing members under the age requirement and for players showing maturity.
(click to show/hide)All members of the Crusaders of Acre are required to contribute to the Strategus faction, as we participate as a faction. Members are urged to take an active role in the day-to-day business of the faction on strategus.
Diplomacy:
All diplomacy is conducted by King Reinhardt. We are an independent Kingdom operating under the Monarchy of King Reinhardt. The King is advised by his council of Lords and Officers. Currently the faction is involved in several conflicts.
